- Identify new customers and leads in order to mature business opportunities.
- Actively and successfully managing the sales process: lead generation, asking questions, solutions pitch, negotiation, deal closing and deal handover to the Account management & Ops Team.
- Effectively interacting with other internal departments, such as the Marketing & OPS Team, including but not limited to successfully handing over new contracts to ensure the team is fully briefed in all aspects about the customer's requirements.
- Identifying prospects and developing sales strategies to secure new business – these includes target campaign strategy development, cold calling, scoping calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and related follow-up activities.
- Help identifying the target companies and assist corporate sales associates to initiate contact with the companies.
- Establish an on-going partnerships with Corporates
- Support in the development and optimization of sales strategies
