Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, directing and implementing business development strategies of assigned branch.
* Must be able to manage the branch annual operating budget and develop annual cost savings initiatives that are aligned with a corporate strategic plan.
* Understands and drives distribution initiatives.
* Responsible to achieve sales target and projected profit.
* Responsible to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
* Ensure operational excellence to maintain or enhance the performance of staff.
* Responsible to investigate and resolve customer complaints within stipulated time period.
* Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to their job descriptions.
