Responsibilities:

* Handling Daily office matters
* Daily Attendance handling and Client Entertaining.
* Responding E-mail
* Can use MS Office (Word & Excel) easily.
* Other Duties assigned by supervisor.
* Handling of Incoming & Outgoing Calls
* Organizing meeting, daily schedules and appointments
* Maintaining & Filing Confidential Documents.
* To make complete excel sheets for all the scheduled interviews
* To maintain the visitor's register
